my sister just gave me her old phone because she just got a new one for free. unfortunately, when i press and hold '1' to check my voicemail, it dials her number instead of mine. the phone has my sim card in it, so im not too sure why it is doing this, or how to fix it. any suggestions??How do i change the phone number for my voicemail?
Nessa call customer care to get some help on this .. they can give you the voicemail box number that your phone should be dailing and how to access it and change it on the phone.
