How do i change my phone number and adress ?

i have a mac ibook and every time i fill out an application on line my cumputer automatically auto fills the information for me. i just changed my phone number and adress and the computer is putting the wrong info in. where do i go to change it ?How do i change my phone number and adress ?

2. Click AutoFill Profile.

3. Change any information that needs to be altered for future use of AutoFill.
