It doesn't cost a thing. You can chat into a Sprint representative, and have it changed. It is an easy process. The representative will ask if you want the same zip code or a different one, and then they will change it. You can only change your number 3 times within a 30 day period, and you will lose your voicemail settings, and it will take about 72 hours for your number to show correctly on a caller ID. After a representative changes a number, you will have to re-program the phone to your new number. You will then be all set. There are no charges.
