Changing your phone number on Caller ID?

I know it's possible to do so, as I have had a way to do it until last night.



It is possible to change the number your calls display on Caller ID. I've always used a certain phone number with which you would simply type in the number to call, and the number to display, and you were on your merry way.



Can someone tell me any such number? Because the one I've been using seems to have stopped working as of late. Or perhaps any free service?
