Depends on what service you have, if you have Alltel then you can do it online -- I would just call customer service and tell them that you moved and would like to change your phone number.

Depends on your carrier - some can reprogram remotely, others require the SIM to be overwritten in the store.
you just ask your carrier if its by a sim you get a new one and carriers like metro you just get one by going to any store
