I would like to close my residential phone account from Verizon but I do not know where to go in their website. Is it possible for me to close my account online?
Also, I would like to have my phone number transferred to my mobile phone from cingular which is now At%26amp;T. Do I have to ask Verizon or At%26amp;T about this matter to keep my home phone number as my mobile?? almost all phone providers wont let you go out easily!! they wanna keep you a costumer under any circumstances....!
and, yes you can port your phone number for free!
you gotta tell Verizon to port your number...but I also would check with the cell provider, so everything goes smooth!!!
