You need to talk to the relocation dept. Shouldn't cost you a thing to switch it locally for you now.

You will have a new account number on your bill from them switching you over to a local area. Different billing systems and such to look after your account.

When you do switch your number for a local one, just look on the bill or ask if/what the new account number is so there's no mix up when paying the bill. It can also cancel any autopay you have set up currently.

you can change it but u need to geta new sim

nd i think it depends on the type of sim u want

e.g. if ur getin a t-mobile sim it costes 5pounds

but u get all 5pounds as credit
